Travessa House 1 is in a wonderful, historic neighborhood with easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio.

We loved being in the Alfama district particularly with a neighbourhood shopping area just up the hill. We were so close to everything in the city centre and so much to explore in the Alfama district. Such history!

The apartment was ideal for a 4 night stay. Sara was very helpful and made us feel at home. The location was perfect and lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. I would recommend the apartment and would stay again,

Sara and Paulo were terrific hosts. They were very responsive to questions and even allowed us to check in several hours early. Great terrace, comfy beds. Very well lit as well. We often find rentals really lacking in light. One thing to know is the people upstairs were quite loud walking about their home. Everything else terrific.
