About this apartment rental
Come stay in our beautifully decorated unit at the family-friendly Horizon South. We have just completed renovations and are ready for you to enjoy. This complex has everything, 4 large pools, kiddie pools, new hot tub, shuffleboard, miniature golf, exercise room, tennis courts, club house with pool tables, etc...
Each person 5 years and older must purchase an arm band upon arrival . The cost of the arm band is $20 per person. This covers the use of the complex, amenities and can be purchased at the complex front office. Also, you will need to purchase a parking pass which is $25 per vehicle (maximum two vehicles).
Our condominium's master bed is king with private bath. Second bedroom has two twins with separate bath. Downstairs has queen-size sleeper sofa, 48 inch smartTV with DVD one-half bath, and full kitchen/dining area. There is also internet available for our guests.
Outside there are four areas to choose from, front porch with a nice sitting area, a patio with gas barbecue grill with table and chairs, deck off master with loungers and table and chairs (with gulf views and even a deck off second bedroom with chairs for relaxing).
We can only rent from Saturday to Saturday during Summer Month.

We absolutely love staying here! It is very clean, love the 2 story townhouse feel and the owners are incredibly nice! We will definitely be staying here every chance we get. I recommend this place to everyone!

Well..I start from the beginning. We didn't see anything about the additional fee on the website. When we got a letter from the owner it was saying that we have to pay 5$per person to get some wrist bands that we all have to wear while on the property and that also included parking. I was really upset about that "HIDDEN FEE". The people in the office were not really helpful and looked like they didn't care about your problems.
This problem is more for cleaning people that should be addressed! The floors were really sticky and when I tried to wipe the floors the paper towel that I used was really dirty. Looked like they sweep the floors but not mop them. The tiles on the kitchen floor are cracked and the rug covers that place. When you walk on it it's very unpleasant. When I opened the drawer to look at the utensils I had an impression that someone just dumped everything and didn't sort the forks,, spoons,, etc., those were all mixed up and I had some work to do there too.. There's a huge dirty spill between the couch and the recliner that I didn't even have a desire to deal with. There's some gunk and stains on the couch and imagine sitting on it.... There're also some food particles on the wall by the oven that made me nauseous while I was cooking. The carpet upstairs needs to be vacuumed. There are a lot of dust on the vents and around it. I just recommend to address this to cleaning people.
I would also recommend to put some night stand or something by the king bed. I had to keep my phone and water bottle on the floor :-/ Otherwise, we made it.
The location is nice and the the beach is accross the street.
