Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the Masters Lake Cottage in the Texas Hill Country just minutes from Boerne. This beautiful house sits on 257 acres. Right out your back door is a private 10 acre lake stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. An additional 6 acre lake starts about 1000 feet below the dam. It also offers great bass fishing. If you like to hike, you will find miles of trails for exploring. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy, including: Whitetail, Fallow and Axis deer, Zebra, Gemsbok, Kudu, Eland, Sable, Oryx and Black Buck along with Turkey, ducks and the occasional Bald Eagles.
This spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with a TV, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a dedicated study—perfect for families, friends, or guests who need a quiet place to work during their stay.
Enjoy the convenience of a full-size laundry room located next to the kitchen, along with multiple outdoor spaces made for gathering and unwinding. Step outside the primary bedroom to a large outdoor fireplace, or head down toward the lake to relax around the outdoor fire pit. From the property, guests can take in beautiful views of the lake and the majestic hills beyond.
The Masters property is gated for added privacy while still offering easy access to nearby attractions. Guests are within walking distance of Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort, where they can enjoy fine dining, golf, and spa services. Historic downtown Boerne is just five miles away, offering charming shops, local restaurants, and small-town Hill Country character.
The smaller Masters Lake Cabin is also located on the property and is available if more space is needed.

This is our third visit, we come with our friends every year. The host is available for questions and help if needed. This home is so clean and has the most incredible view! This year we drove around the property where we could and saw so many animals, very amazing place, quiet and peaceful. Our favorite things are sitting in the rockers on the front porch and building a fire. I know you will love it as much as we have everytime we go. We'll be back next year!
