Renovated unit includes granite countertops in an open kitchen/dining room/family room level, new appliances & bathroom fixtures, reclining couches and "one touch" fireplace start. Bathrooms remodeled in April 2021
Master bedroom (on lower level) - king sized bed, flat panel TV and glassed-in shower
Second (on lower level) bedroom - queen sized bed, flat panel TV with shower
Upper Loft BR - Queen bed, clothes storage in shelved closet
Living area (main level) - 2 large reclining couches, A/V system connectable to your bluetooth enabled devices, automatic "one touch" gas fireplace (no messy wood or ashes), outdoor deck (table + 4 outdoor chairs)

We came to ski Deer Valley and this place was ideal for our needs. Hot tub, sauna and very nicely heated pool were literally a 1-min walk from our front door. Great shuttle service to/from Snow Park Base at DV. It does not take you to Main St though the free bus service stop is literally a 2-min walk from the condo. Amenities were very nice and especially loved the heated bathroom floors. Well done!!from the unit. Condodone! stop is

The house worked great as a home base for your stay in Park City! It is central to all of your wants - we hope to return again soon!

We had some issues with water pressure and the property management was not kind and blew us off. They said they would send someone the next day, then never responded to any follow up messages. The washing machine was also filled with mold and smelled really bad. The host was responsive and mentioned these things would be looked into, but that meant everything would be looked into after our stay. We have stayed in this complex before, and the location is great (very convenient for DV). It was unfortunate that we had issues while we were there that could not be addressed.
