About this chalet rental
Chalet Moulin III is the most recently renovated of three side-by-side chalets on the Route du Front de Neige in Les Gets. It is also the brightest of the three, with a south-east and south-west orientation that brings light well into the afternoon. A fireplace in the living area, the only one in the building, adds warmth and atmosphere on colder evenings.
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms (three en-suites) welcome up to eight guests. The interiors are built from reclaimed wood in its natural state, and the renovation has given the spaces a more polished feel while keeping the raw, tactile character of the original construction. The fully equipped kitchen includes a raclette grill for eight, and the living area opens onto the garden, where there is a private jacuzzi and barbecue. In summer, outdoor dining furniture is set out for meals outdoors.
A private ski locker with boot heaters is in the garage area, which you can access directly from the chalet. Two indoor parking spots are included. The Perrières ski lift is a five-minute walk from the door, the shuttle bus stops two minutes away, and the centre of Les Gets is ten minutes on foot.
A connecting door on the third floor links the living area of Moulin III directly to Chalet Moulin II, creating a shared space for up to sixteen guests. Chalet Moulin I sits on the other side of Moulin II, and all three together can welcome up to twenty-four.
Home truths:
- The wood throughout the chalet has been kept in a raw condition, so you may notice the occasional splinter.
- Heating is centralised and underfloor; it cannot be adjusted directly by guests, but our on-the-ground team is available to help.
- The garage spots are slightly tight, but rest assured, a Range Rover will still fit with careful manoeuvring!

Had a wonderful stay at Emerald's chalet in Les Gets - location is perfect, chalet very homely and great structure.
The staff was very responsive before, during and after the stay. I would definitely love to come back at a next opportunity!!
