Live the life of luxury in this townhouse, a four-bedroom Kissimmee vacation rental with a private pool and resort amenities just a few miles from Walt Disney World Resort! With space for up to nine guests, this townhome is a fantastic getaway for your next reunion or sunny family vacation.
The house is located in the upscale Paradise Palms Resort, which offers luxury amenities and a central club house complete with a game room, arcade, and movie theater. The fun doesn't stop here, however. Disney's Animal Kingdom is just six miles away, Epcot and Hollywood Studios only 10, the Magic Kingdom 13, and Typhoon Lagoon just 12 miles away. The gated community is also only 20 miles from Orlando, boasting Universal Studios and fine boutiques at the Mall at Millenia.
The two-story home is exquisite, with modern decor, soft tile floors, and great natural lighting. The open-concept living room boasts a leather sectional sofa and media entertainment including a flatscreen cable TV, a Blue-Ray player, and WiFi. Ceiling fans in sitting room and all bedrooms.
Watch your favorite Disney characters before meeting them in real life or sit down to a family meal. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a granite breakfast bar with seating for four. An adjacent formal dining table provides space for eight and creates the perfect space for a formal holiday feast!
Sliding glass doors lead to the patio. Relax poolside in your glass enclosed yard boasting a pool, lounge chairs, and a bistro table! Pool heat is an additional $25 per day. Please request pool heat when reserving the home. Extra home amenities include central AC, a landline telephone, and a washer and dryer to keep you comfortable for extended stays.
With four bedrooms and three full baths, it comfortably sleeps nine guests, and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The rooms are reminiscent of a luxury hotel with decorative throw pillows and linens, modern furniture, and flatscreen TVs. Each level of the home offers a master suite with a king bed (one includes a private bath). A third room offers a queen bed, and a fourth room offers a twin-queen bunk bed and a PlayStation ideal for younger guests! It also has a mural with a motive from "The Lion King"
We also have a portable baby crib and a stoller available for those in need of such.
Water attractions at the resort include a splash pad, pools with a waterfall and slide, and two hot tubs. Sunbathe on the terrace or grab a cold treat from the snack bar. Get physical on the volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, or work up a sweat in the fitness center featuring a sauna!
Area golf courses like Champions Gate Golf Resort and Highland Reserve Golf are both within five miles, and SeaWorld and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are all within 20 miles!

Excellent stay! Clean, well kept, inviting, comfortable and centrally located home that suited a family of 5 well. Host was always available and responds quick. Resort ammenities were also a big plus.

We were generally happy with the condo. It was very well furnished. Pool was great. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Bath mats were dirty and unnecessary. The carpet needs cleaning and/or replaced. Location is great to all things Disney.

We have now been to this property 2 years in a row and will definitely be back. The owner has been super helpful and always responds to messages. It is a comfortable home, close to everything. We love it here.
