Our beachfront one-bedroom condominium is designed to provide a comfortable home for as many as four people to fully experience the beauty that is Hawaii. The gentle slope of the sandy beach makes it ideal for small children. Snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, swimming, are all available at your doorstep, as is the nature that lives at the beach. Turtles swim in the water and often pull up onto the beach for a nap at night. Whales frolic in the water beyond the reef, visible from the living room and lanai of the unit's high-rise position (whale season Dec-April). In a less populated area, stores and eating places are still available nearby, allowing all the advantages of a secluded getaway with few of the inconveniences.
Hiking trails and acres of tidal pools beckon the explorers.
Famous North Shore surf beaches just a short drive away.
Polynesian cultural Center just 10 minutes away.
Horseback riding, golf, tennis, and SCUBA available nearby.
The unit is a renovated large one-bedroom condo
It is well-equipped for your enjoyment, with a closet of beach equipment and toys and a well-equipped kitchen & WIFI.
We are located on the Northeast shore of Oahu, approximately a 45-minute drive from Honolulu International Airport and Downtown Honolulu.
It is also accessible on CITY BUS route 60.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get noisy during these times. No work on holidays or weekends. You might want to be out and about enjoying the beach and exploring the island during construction hours :) Currently they have half the parking lot is torn up & closed off for underground pipe replacement and that will be going on until around July 2026. We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. You may have to park along the road or overflow option for parking is down at the Kayas store just a couple minutes' walk down the road. There is a loading and unloading zone at the building on the south entrance & security is there to help**** DO NOT MISS THIS WARNING PLEASE AS WE DON'T WANT TO MISREPRESENT OR WANT YOU TO BE SURPRISED :)
Away from crowds of town yet near restaurants, shops & food trucks! Close to PCC, No Shore, Kualoa Ranch & more!

Lots of turtles can frequently be seen & swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking & fishing right out front! We will provide beach chairs & towels. There may be other beach items for your use as well, and there is a local rental place for all your ocean fun needs!
All kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. Washer & Dryer right in the condo! This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo. If you are looking for "Luxury" accommodations this is not it! :)

The construction was the first thing we saw and it was a bit concerning. But the condo was cute and THE VIEW from the balcony. The condo is outdated a bit. The bathroom is small. The appliances probably need replaced. BUT the bed was comfy. No air conditioning but lots of fans and cross breeze. The condo is furnished with lots of stuff other owners didn’t think about . And there are lots of hooks. I love having hooks to hang stuff on. Proximity - the condo is on the way up to North Shore and close to several things to do, including our favorite coffee shop. Again- THE VIEW from the balcony, the beach walk and the pool were lovely!! The construction workers were polite and tried to work as quietly as they could. Pat communicated well check in instructions, and checked on us when we arrived - apologized for the construction. I know we were provided a reduced rate as well. All and all such a great stat and then we were off to Waikīkī. Hope to come back to Oahu again. Mahalo

We love staying at this condo complex, and this condo did not disappoint! Check in instructions were easy, amenities in the condo were as promised, beautiful setup and decor. Our condo manager communicated with us about new furniture delivery and was great to work with. Balcony faces the beach, and we enjoyed watching turtles come up onto the sand with our morning coffee. Check out was easy too. We would love to stay again!

We enjoyed the close beach and the slower life of the windward side. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a favorite. It was well stocked with kitchen wear and beach gear (including snorkeling) The bones of the condo may have been newly updated but the appliances not so much. The sheets for the bed did not stay on well, but the bed was comfortable. The washer was noisy and the dryer needed to be run on timed dry or in never stopped. The fridge looked like it needed to be replaced. It ran fine, but wasn’t a beauty. The dishwasher was hard to get started, the button stuck, and the heated dry didn’t work. We did have a great time and were able to do all the things that we wanted to.
