115 m2 apartment, fully equipped and furnished to make your holiday ideal.
It has an en suite bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
Living room of 40 m2, with large and comfortable sofas, plasma TV, air conditioning.
Equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob with 4 burners, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and washing machine. Functional wardrobes in both bedrooms.
It also has electric awnings for those days of high heat.
The views are incredible from the living room and the master bedroom, you can see the island of Benidorm, as well as the center and the whole west beach of more than three kilometers in length.
You can park a vehicle in the large community parking that has the house. Optional garage cabin is paid separately € 25 / day.
It has a communal pool, ideal for when you return from the beach, so this way you can take a relaxing bath and take away the salt.
The location is fantastic, it is close to all services, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping centers, golf course and diving schools.
Connected by highway to the Altet airport (Alicante), in only 30 minutes.
