This spacious apartment for six is arranged over two floors and provides a tranquil escape away from the stresses of everyday life. Quietly situated close to the centre of Forte dei Marmi (a 5-minute drive / 30-minute walk) this light and airy property provides flexible living spaces over two floors.
On the ground floor a stylish living room furnished with; two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a smart flat-screen HDTV opens out through French doors onto a pretty garden. In the basement guests can enjoy the large eat-in kitchen which is fitted with; a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a coffee machine, a large dining table and a double sofa bed.
