Luxury penthouse apartment, featuring terraces on each of the two floors, can be found in a charming historical town of Vinaros located on the Costa Azahar in Castellon province, Valencia.
Two large well taken care of swimming pools within the compound secured area can be freely used and are also suitable for small children. Guests can enjoy parking in a compound garage lot assigned to the apartment.
Attractive wild coast beaches (with showers) and local restaurants are within a short walking distance. The main beach, Playa del Fortí, is in the town center by the lovely promenade. It is just a 10 minute drive to get there. Parking is easy and free. Panorámica Golf & Country Club is also within easy reach.
The apartment is fully and beautifully furnished, it has air-conditioning and free WIFI.
The entrance into the apartment opens into an open space living area including a fully equipped kitchen and a staircase to the upper floor. There is a large (120 cm) flat TV (both terrestrial and international satellite TV channels are available) in the living area. A large sliding door opens to a spacious, west oriented terrace. The lower floor also connects with two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The upper floor features another bedroom/studio with a wide sliding door opening to a fully private terrace (sunroof). Apart from a single bed there is a desk and a comfortable chair for those who want to do some office work or just browse the WEB.

Apartment was excellent. All equipment was new. Complex very quiet and in a nice location. The only negative was the continual barking of dogs from surrounding properties.
