BEAUTIFUL DUPLEX IN MASPALOMAS WITH A / A

We have chosen this apartment a second time and were pleased again. Everything still as described in my first review. The apartment was again super clean and in good condition. Contact with Alejandro was very fast and friendly. Transfer of keys again was very easy. Depending on the neighbors and the renovation activities it can be a bit noisy during the day but at night it was always absolutely quiet.

- Communication with Alejandro was very fast and friendly. - Description of the bungalow is correct, fotos are up to date. - The bungalow is nicely renovated, in good condition and big enough for 2 people. The width of the bed is only 140 cm, but has an excellent mattress, good pillows (many different) and there are nice towels, big shower. The kitchen is normally equipped. There is a little oven, a microwave, and a washing machine, which we all found very useful. Everything was very clean and in good condition, and there were wine, water, juice and fruit as a welcome present. - The terrace of the bungalow is facing west and NOT to the pool. So there is no sun in the morning, no view to the pool and no privacy at the terrasse. - The pool area is in excellent condition and very well maintained. - A tiny supermarket is in 2 minutes walking distance but offers everything you need for breakfast, especially fresh bread. - The bungalow is situated in the complex Dunaflor Verde right in front of the busstop. It is secure, and well maintained but quite old. There are many dogs and cats (some very beautiful :-) ) in the complex. Depending on the neighbors it was fairly noisy at times. Depending on the nation there very several groups who had their chatting times outside. But during the night it was quiet. - Walking distance is 45 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Yumbo, a taxi ride from San Fernando (food shopping) back to the bungalow is about 3.50 EUR. In summary we enjoyed our stay in this bungalow and felt comfortable although normally we prefer a gay-only resort nearby which was no longer available at the given time.

My wife and I stayed in Alejandro's bungalow last week. The bungalow is part of the Dunaflor complex and was exactly as advertised, clean, well decorated and well presented. We were welcomed by Alejandro, his wife and son. They showed us around the bungalow, the pool area and pointed out the local Supermarket. As mentioned by the previous reviewer, we had been left fruit, water and wine which was greatly appreciated. It was our first visit to Gran Canaria and we spent most days touring the island, often ending up at a beach in the afternoon to relax after a busy day. The Bungalow was perfect for the two of us, quiet, well looked after and included everything we required. We had a hire car for the week and had no problems parking on the road immediately outside the complex. We were very happy with the Bungalow and would definitely consider it for future visits.
