At the exit of Montséret,
small peaceful village of 500 inhabitants, ideally located in the Corbières, and, to spend your holidays in peace, Corinne and Philippe offer you the lodging 'Terrace', of a capacity of 4 people (beyond, to consult us).
Since October 2013, the houses got the Clévacances label in Category 3 Keys.
Quiet,
from the bustling city, and all the indignities of an active life requires you throughout the year, you will rest, recharge your batteries, make the relaxation, rocked by the sound of cicadas, will have all of sun, feel the wind, sometimes warm, sometimes cool, sometimes wet your body and subtle scents of thyme, rosemary and scrubland affoleront your smell.
No neighborhood, the scenery alone will be the Languedoc vineyards, some wines are world famous and very popular, so you'll plenty of time to sample this famous beverage and choice will not fail, we are sure!

A lovely gite - spotlessly clean and well equipped. Most of the furniture and equipment are new and everything is well looked after. The gite is one of three properties on a relatively small plot adjacent to the owner's house, but it is not overlooked and the terrace is completely private. There is certainly no feeling of being cramped or in the way of other guests. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating and run the gites in a professional and responsible manner. They were kind enough to invite all their guest for an alfresco meal by the pool, which was just charming. The pool is fantastic and our little boy in particular loved spending time in it. The area is full of places to explore - from ancient Cathar forts and medieval castles to numerous vineyards. The gite is conveniently situated for getting out and about, and the village of Monseret is a short walk away (make sure you visit the brilliant honey making place in the village!). The only thing that brings the rating of the property down to four stars for us is the fact that it is situated right next to the road, and, although not very busy, the road noise was noticeable at night, especially in the kids room. Having said that, the garden is completely enclosed on the road side and there are no safety worries at all. Overall, we would definitely recommend this gite and would be happy to return.
