Kahana Reef is the hidden gem of Maui. A place where you can enjoy the best views, central location and a quiet, peaceful and relaxing experience at a price you can afford. This affordable condo is located in the prized middle building, with nothing but ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai out front -- except for the whales and turtles you'll see from your lanai.
The condo features a king-size bed in the bedroom with memory foam; queen sleeper in the LR; stainless appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, new cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen; all new fixtures in the bathroom; new slate for the lanai; new lighting fixtures; free wi-fi; flat-screen TVs in the LR and BR; and easy access to the communal pool and adjacent beaches. And we offer full air-conditioning.
You're 10 minutes from dining, shopping, golf and world-class beaches in Kaanapali; 5 minutes from one of the world's best beaches, Napili Bay; 15 minutes from the unique town and historic whaling village of Lahaina. Fishing, whale watching, surfing, stand-up paddling, kayaking and snorkeling are all close by.
There are five world class golf courses within a couple of miles, including the Plantation Course at Kapalua, the home of the Hyundai Championship. The Kapalua Tennis Gardens also are nearby and available for play.
We have gas outdoor grills for guests; free parking; a laundromat steps away; and convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
We supply the towels, dishes, utensils and the view. All you need to bring is your swimsuits, sunscreen, flip flops and sense of adventure. Then sit back, take in the view, soak up the aloha and enjoy the sunsets. It just doesn't get any better.

Awesome spot!! This place had everything needed and a well stocked kitchen with all the appliances (air fryer, food processor, etc) and cookware you could need which I appreciate in a rental because we cook a lot. Stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest so no need to buy any. This location was close to all the major snorkel areas and had grocery store and food trucks within 10 minutes or less. My favorite thing was to see my boys playing in the grass out back and watching the ocean all while cooking dinner in the kitchen. We saw turtles every night and also saw eagles rays 2 of the evenings. My only critique is the bed could use a topper for a little more comfort and maybe a few more firmer pillows, but that could also just be my preference. I WOULD and WILL most definitely stay here when we come back. Thanks for the amazing memories!!

The condo was comfortable and served our needs well. Great view of Molokai from the lanai and it was fun watching the sea turtles come up to the seawall and try to feed on the rocks. Parking was easy and if you prefer walks, there are several good options for restaurants. We liked to drive up and down looking for good snorkeling and Kahana is situated in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo for a couple but can not speak to the pull out bed in the living area.

Loved this location. Easy parking. So many sea turtles straight out the patio. Loved everything about this place. Great value.

Highlight was the lanai and proximity to the ocean. The unit has issues, kitchen plugs failed, need a gfi replaced. Would have been a quick fix, was told someone would drop by to fix and it never happened. Ran an extension cord to microwave and toaster(the plug in we used had to be “wiggled” to make it work. Set up coffee maker on living room end table. Kitchen sink aerator was so plugged up it had to be removed to work, made do. Toilet stopped up easily, had to be careful with flushing. Overall was clean, bed comfortable. View and location was awesome. Just needs maintenance and some updating to be 5 star.
