The location was fantastic! Only 5 minutes to the Convention Center. We wanted to have breakfast but the kitchen is lacking in quality cookware (chipped and cracked mug, teflon flaking off on one of the pans, etc). The place needs some TLC both inside and out.

It had such a cool vibe! We loved the spiral staircase and it had plenty of space for 11 adult sized humans. The double refrigerators were an unexpected gift as well. We played hours of pool, and loved our early morning coffee out on the balcony! You won’t be disappointed.

It’s usually difficult to find a place that accommodates all of my family’s interest because of our age ranges. But this place met all of our needs plus more. Very clean, spacious, and the property manager was extremely kind and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend you and your family stay here!

We had a volleyball tournament at Wilderness at the Smokies and this was soooo close! It was perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again.

We were blown away with this house. Wasn't fully expecting all the space it has. 3 levels with so much room to move around. my husband took over the downstairs game room/livingroom, while us girls occupied the upstairs living room. Hot tub was connected to the house and such a great added bonus. And there was a frozen pond within a short walk my daughters had a blast walking on. Also the house boasted a security system which we highly enjoyed, just gave us an even greater feeling of safety. Would definitely come back.

Driving in, seeing construction and neighborhood, I was nervous. But I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the ambiance. Except, finding out the heat, downstairs, wasnt working. It was blowing only cold air.

Great property. Desperately needs a little T L C mainly large cracks where all double doors meet allowing cold air in on all floors making heating difficult. We stuffed towels in cracks and cabin became toasty.

The property itself was good for us. Plenty of room for our family Christmas weekend. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t decorated for Christmas but I also didn’t ask. The temperature inside the cabin was hard to regulate. It was absolutely too warm in there but we could not get the thermostats to stay on a decent setting, it kept defaulting to heat and set in the 80’s. Initial communication was terrible! We did not get the codes to check until 2 hours after check in time. I called and messaged multiple times with no luck. The hot water was a little wonky too but we managed. Otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, plenty of room.

Property was in an excellent spot, not to far from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Short distances to grocery stores and shopping outlets. Only downfall about property is only one person can shower at a time with hot water. Other than that we had a blast and easy check in/out.

It was not what was expected but it did serve our needs for the 10 days we were there. A lot of things need to be fixed (23) pictures taken and sent to owner which she did communicate very well with me and has know about the issues sent to her. We did our annual girls trip again. First time staying here and loved it. It was easy to get to and very close to a lot of things to do in the area. We locked ourselves out one night and Maria was very quick to respond and help us get back in. Would definitely recommend for friends or family getaway!

This cabin was in a quiet area. We enjoyed the serenity. There were a couple of things we noticed, but with our short stay, we overlooked. All in all, it was roomy and the view was great. We had a raccoon visitor several nights. He was cute and didn’t bother us. We named him Rocky.

Overall the location and set up of property is great. Host was very informative for property for check in. We didn’t get to spend much time in cabin do to business trip. But would make a great cabin to stay in for a gathering main kitchen is great. With lots of room. Only difficults we had was we never found a way to turn on lights around hot tub. With multi levels and multiple people i would bring a fan if you take 3rd floor or the coldest person. Because the balance with thermostats is difficult. It was a hot one. But beds are very comfortable. I like the decor and simplified of the decorations in the basement bedrooms and 3rd floors. But the other guest were definitely not fans of the stuffed bears. And the lot of extra decor in living rooms. But everyone has their own tast there. But less would be better.

The location was awesome because we didn't have to trek up a big mountain. The cabin legit slept 12 and we all felt like we had our own private space. It was incredibly homey feeling and we loved our experience so much!
