About this house rental
Quiet villa in a residential area, located in the heart of central Var close to shops and restaurants but above all surrounded by many wine areas of Provence.
Taste the sweetness and tranquility of our Villa bordered by lush vegetation and the Mediterranean forest bordered by numerous pines and oaks which adjoin the Villa, perfect for relaxing in peace, walking, hiking or jogging safely without the pollution and the constant hubbub of cars. The Villa being located on the heights of Flassans sur Issole with an optimal sunshine rate, but also not overlooked.
Take the time to unwind by the pool or play a game of pétanque with your friends. The land is 3500 m2 with electric gate and parking spaces.
Ideally located villa: You are 15 minutes from the motorway (Brignoles or Le Cannet des Maures) 40 minutes from Collobrières, Hyères Les Palmiers, Toulon, Fréjus or Aix en Provence.
One hour from Cannes, Saint-Tropez or Les Gorges du Verdon.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in the Var Provence ou Cote d'Azur combined with a cozy, beautifully furnished and luxurious villa, you have come to the right place, in our opinion. A bit remote, very narrow winding streets, lots of greenery and lots of space, lies a beautiful southern villa. Although the owners live on the same size property but completely separate from the villa, they fully respect your privacy. They are two hardworking, young and super friendly people, practically never home. We were there for three weeks and only met once, during a walk in the woods with our dog, who was also very welcome there. But if you need or need to know something, you can always communicate via WhatsApp, they respond immediately. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, incredible. Very spacious, everything available, many amenities and very fresh. But until now we have practically lived outside by the beautiful swimming pool and enjoyed using the gas barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. In Flassans sur Issole there is a bakery and a large supermarket, the town of Brignoles is about 15 km away and you will find everything there. Definitely recommended, the market in Cotignac, our favorite village and on the coast, Port Grimaud, Saint-Maximin and Saint-Tropez are all very easy to reach. Yes, we think this villa is a gem in Flassans sur Issole!!

An amazing property in a beautiful area. The house is stunning with really high quality furniture and was spotlessly clean. The outside kitchen, seating and tables are fantastic too. A large pool was a welcome relief from the heat, as was the aircon. Communication was excellent and really quick with Fabien. We had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property and were sorry to leave!

The house was amazing and exactly as shown in the photos, very peaceful not overlooked and in a lovely area. BBQ, table tennis and and badminton all there, oweners were lovely, what more could you ask? Will definitely stay again.
