About this house rental
This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, pool home is located in the Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida. The moment you step into the foyer you will feel right at home. On the first floor you'll find a King bedroom with a TV and full bath just off the hallway. The eat-in kitchen is a cook's dream with plenty of counter space, a huge island that seats four and fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes and more. The beautiful all wood dining table seats 10 comfortably. The family room has two full sized couches with a wall mounted 4K TV with surround sound. You won't be able to get your kids out of the first floor kids play room that includes chalk walls, play kitchen and coloring mats. And, not that you want to, but the extra large washer and dryer will help with keeping your clothes clean. Included: fragrance free laundry detergent & dryer sheets. There is a "secret" Harry Potter room located just behind the kitchen. Let's see if you kids can find it. Upstairs you'll find a retro movie loft room with 4K TV and surround sound. There are 2 king master suites located upstairs with beautiful private bathrooms and TV's. There is also a Queen bedroom with TV and access to the hall full bathroom. The kids rooms are simply awesome. The Star Wars themed boys room has a twin over full bunk bed clubhouse and tee pee. The baseball and flowers themed girls room has a twin over full bunk bed clubhouse. The kids share a full sized hall bathroom. Outside there is a screened in pool with hot tub. If you prefer to eat outside there is a beautiful all weather wicker table that seats 8. And four lounge chairs for you to work on your tan. Included is a large CLEAN propane grill. The pool and spa heat is also included in your rental.
The gated Solterra Resort has a clubhouse that includes a full gym (treadmill, elliptical, weight machines) but let's be serious, you are on vacation. There is also a small playground, resort style pool with water-slide and a hot tub. Grab a tube and float down the lazy river. There are tennis courts and a soccer (football) field as well. Then, relax and get a bite to eat and drink at Cafe Sol Bar & Grill poolside.

A fantastic home from home. Everything is as it says in the details. Very clean. We were 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bathroom and space. Would definitely use again.Only one small suggestion, a full length mirror would be useful somewhere on the upstairs landing so everyone could use it.

Veronica was an excellent host and always available to respond quickly with any queries or questions. She is extremely accommodating and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the close location to Disney.The villa is extremely clean and has all the amenities and essentials you need on arrival.Have nothing negative to say. This home is incredible, spacious and clean. Nicely appointed and well stocked with home amenities. I can’t say enough about the host she was wonderful very patient and kind her timely response to questions and concerns was beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

This property has ratings of 10/10 which we were all surprised at having stayed there for 14 days. We arrived to this gated community and at first all was good. On first inspection the property was what we wanted but as we got to know the property we found many faults. The oven in the kitchen was filthy, we had confetti under two of the beds, dirty socks behind draw units, only one subbed in the pool area. We also noticed that the was on a walk through to the main club house which was not good. There was a large religious sect all over the park with chairs in the driveway for haircuts!!! Also many of the house rules like no parking on the street were just ignored by other residents. No naked flames in the pool area yet the people next door had some sort of bbq in the pool area with flames and smoke billowing out, also a very strong smell of some sort of pot being smoked. This was all reported to the owner and she reacted well but I would not stay here again.
