About this house rental
6,000 square ft home. 30 feet from Lake Austin. Swimming pool, hot tub, outside entertaining areas. Close enough to downtown yet secluded. Gate, walled property. Complete privacy
Large back yard with the only sandy beach on Lake Austin. Grill for up to 25 people. Multiple decks for entertaining large groups. Boat tie off to dock available.
Three king and two queen size beds. Several air mattresses and couches.
Parking: Can park up to 6 vehicles.
Transportation: 20 minutes to Downtown, 40 minutes to the Circuit of The Americas track and 35 minutes to Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
Pets: **None Allowed**
Smoking: **No smoking allowed, in or outside the home**
Perfect for family vacation or entertaining. There is no other property directly on Lake Austin as nice as this one. Amazing!
Groups larger than 12-15 are allowed for special occasions but must be reviewed and authorized by the owner in advance of stay.

The property was perfect for a family vacation. So many great amenities. Infinity pool, hot tub, comfortable, well stocked right on the lake and incredible house. Communication with property owner was key. Made everything so easy. Can not say enough. Great vacation!!

The property was in a beautiful area and right on the lake. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub and also cooking out. All of the beds were very comfortable and we were treated like special guests in their home.
