Incidental Hold Deposit: A valid credit card is required at arrival to authorize a mandatory $250.00 security deposit hold. This temporary authorization is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.
Late Check-In Protocol: The main registration desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Guests arriving past 11:00 PM will be greeted and seamlessly processed by the overnight front desk team.

Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. location of place was perfect - in the city center close to street events, food places, and stores, and yet is walking distance to the Waikiki Beach;
customer service and attention of staff is commendable - from front desk to guest services to valets;
the 2 units were clean and spacious;
bedrooms and linens were very clean, and beds and pillows were comfortable; towels were good quality too. It would be better if beds in second bedroom were queen size not full size to truly fit 5-6 persons comfortable for sleeping;
would have given 5 stars but we were made to move to another unit in the middle of our stay. initially, we were in a unit that had view of Lewers St. and the action and people but then we were moved to another unit after 3 days, which had view of parking garage. also, for an expensive rental, the provision in kitchen of paper towel could be better since there were no napkins and hand soaps; the TV in the first unit didn’t have cable service so we couldn’t watch any TV shows when we’re relaxing in the unit; The light in the dining room is too dim we could hardly see anything on the table. It was especially difficult when looking at maps and tour booklets, and writing notes; a couple of minor details: there were no champagne glasses and instead of a bread toaster, it would be nice to have an oven toaster.

Its great having a full kitchen, as dining in Waikiki is expensive. There's a nice pool and hot tub, but we went for the beach. The neighborhood is very nice, clean and safe, great walking experience. Starbucks about 75 yards down the street.
