A modern style and newly built large beach view home in Surfside Beach with a large enough space for the entire family and less than a 4min walk to the beach. The Compass features 8 family bedrooms with fast and free unlimited WiFi and large 4K LED TVs in every room. We hope you enjoy all that our beautiful beach home has to offer wether it be fun at the beach, some of the best bay, beach, and off shore Texas coastal fishing, or creating lasting memories cooking and hanging. The house was GREAT AND very spacious, my family and enjoyed everything.

The location was great and easy access to the beach. The house was large enough for our whole family and was adequate except for the two toilets that did not work most of the time. When I contacted the owner about the problem he did not send any help the whole 5 days. The water is undrinkable so had to spend extra money buying bottled water. No mention of this was given in the house description but only heard the day we moved in.
