Overlooking Big Boulder Ski Resort and Boulder Lake, this lodge offers unmatched views, frequent wildlife sightings—including deer, black bears, and various bird species—and is walking distance to the lake!
DESIGNED FOR LARGE GROUPS -
Look Out Lodge accommodates up to 29 guests across three spacious levels. Our home features two primary suites with full baths, six double queen bedrooms, and a loft with a twin daybed. The thoughtful layout balances privacy and connection, and is ideal for family reunions, business/work retreats, or group getaways.
Our outdoor parking area can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, with additional parking available off-site.

The chef’s dream kitchen is fully equipped with a large charcuterie boards, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, two fridges/freezers, one large dishwasher, a large beer/wine cooler, granite countertops, and a five-burner stovetop. The open layout dining area, furnished with a large custom-crafted wooden dining table, accommodates up to 12 guests with additional seating at our island countertop for 4 and is perfect for hosting memorable group meals.

The outdoor area is designed for both relaxation and connection with nature. A raised, uncovered deck sits at the perfect height to take in the serene landscapes of the Pocono Mountains, with our property perched at the peak to showcase some of the best views Lake Harmony has to offer. Here, you’ll find a Weber-Genesis grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and lounge seating, all of which are ideal for unwinding after a day at the lake or exploring the mountain trails. Below, a private patio features a six-person hot tub, offering a peaceful retreat for 6–8 guests to recharge.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Lake Harmony for Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful. The spacious layout easily accommodated our large family, and everyone felt comfortable and at home.A standout feature was the two fridges, which were a game-changer for preparing and storing all of our Thanksgiving meals. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together.The location was great as well, peaceful yet close to everything we needed and the home was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable home for a family gathering!

The house was amazing with beautiful views. It was extremely clean and well stocked with what we needed.We were there with 20 family members ranging from 2yr-80yr and everyone said how great the house was. The open layout let everyone be together, but we never felt like we were on top of one another. The 2 refrigerators were a godsend! Communication with the owners was seemless and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space. I was also surprised by the lack of basic amenities, like bath soap and towels. The welcome packet noted there would be only bath towels provided, not hand towels for the bathroom, so we had to bring our own. We did not realize that there would be no shower gel. There were also only a couple of trash bags available to replace in the kitchen, which we ended up going through pretty quickly with such a large group.
Positives were the beautiful home and how prompt the property manager responded. I’d recommend this place, but urge the management to provide some of these fundamentals that I’ve typically seen at other home rentals.
