Very clean, easy access to Main Street, hot tub was perfect after outdoor activities during the day.

Unit is very nice with a lovely great room with nice upgrades and wood floors. ( 5 adults comfortable , one young adult in the 3rd “kid” room.) Hot tub great, with view. From thd hot tub outdoors, can hear the nearby road but everything is easy walking distance to Frisco mainstreet and the marina and bike path which was great and makes up for that. . The carpet is in pretty bad condition . The elevator system is wonky. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a small slow elevator so u will need lots of trips, but i guess better than no elevator. The weather was great our weekend. High of low 70s, so very comfortable with the sliding glass door , all windows open and ceiling fans on. In summer, could potentially be very hot as it is a 3rd floor unit and no a/c. Overall , a very nice place snd the owner was very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time. A little pricey.

Everything was great about our stay. I think I may have missed that there was NO air conditioning but if that was listed than that is on me. Thank you.
