Tristan Towers is a 16-story condominium complex with 90 condos on the Sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts Gulf views in some units as well! It is located on one of the narrowest parts of Santa Rosa Island, so the Gulf beach and the Sound are so close that there is water all around. Nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean. My favorite thing was watching the fireworks on July 4th from the balcony.

The stay was great overall. We had great views from the condo balcony. Walking to nearby destinations is easy and relaxing. The beach was nice despite the water being closed to the public. The pool made up for the ocean being too rough for swimming.

We have stayed at this property before in a different unit. We enjoy the beautiful beaches and views of the bay. It's also a close walk to Peg Leg Pete's, one of our favorites. The pool is very nice and large, but it was closed most of our visit. The furnishings were very nice and had lots of patio furniture to enjoy the views. Beds were large and there were plenty of towels. It is on the 1st floor, but you will still need to take the elevator. Some things we weren't so happy about was the front bedroom closet smelled like a cat litter box. I realized that when we tried to hang clothes since that was the only closet available for renters. Then it made sense why there were so many air fresheners around the unit. Also the toaster does not work at all. The toast button doesn't engage. Although it was very nice to have 2 smaller dishwashers stacked on each other for smaller washes, bring extra detergent since they are not connected and need individual detergent tabs. I would also suggest putting a longer rug in front of the shower because it was very slippery when you got out and I almost fell once. All in all we had a good trip, but just some tips to make it even better for the next renter.
