This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom getaway accommodates up to 5 guests, offering a perfect blend of comfort and seaside charm. Located within walking distance to the beach and tidal lagoon, and just a short 7-minute drive from the vibrant town centre, Maggie's Seaside Shack ensures a delightful coastal escape.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property.
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- Pets are allowed – Outside Only and not to be let on the furniture
- No Garage Access (Plenty of space along the driveway)
- No smoking inside the house
- Firewood is not supplied
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming kitchen equipped with modern appliances, inviting you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The adjacent dining room is adorned with coastal touches, creating a soothing ambiance for shared meals and memorable conversations. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to these spaces, providing a relaxed setting for your holiday gatherings.
Venture into the lounge room, a haven for relaxation and movie nights. Sink into plush seating and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Moving further into the house, you'll discover two appointed bedrooms, each adorned with cozy linens and towels. The bathroom, conveniently situated between the bedrooms, ensures accessibility and ease.
Step outside onto the inviting outdoor deck, where a picnic table and fire pit await. This space is perfect for alfresco dining under the stars or enjoying a cozy evening of marshmallow roasting. An outdoor laundry adds convenience to your stay, making it easy to refresh after a day of beachside adventures.
Maggie's Seaside Shack boasts a fully fenced backyard, ensuring a safe and secure environment for your furry friends to play. The spacious driveway accommodates 2-3 cars, providing ample parking space or a secure spot for your boat or jetski.
A short drive will lead you to the bustling town centre, where you can explore local shops, cafes, and entertainment options. Whether you're seeking relaxation by the beach, outdoor adventures, or a taste of the local scene, Maggie's Seaside Shack offers a delightful home base for your Berrara getaway.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay, the house was great and the fire place kept us nice and warm throughout the chilly nights.
Had a great time exploring the surrounding area.
Only thing would have been nice to have some nice fire wood waiting for us, with the price point of the cottage.
But all in all a great stay!!
