Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Pickleball, tennis courts, and golf are among the favorites. Fishing lake and Emergency Services in the neighborhood. Close to hospitals and treatment centers. Relaxing patios in front & back.

Our family needed a place to stay while we house shopped in the area. This home fit our needs. The house is as described. The nearby park was great for early morning dog walks in the hot Mesa summertime. Neighborhood is very quiet.

The property is a beautiful 2 bedroom home. It has a fenced yard which is perfect for my dogs! The owners are very accommodating. We enjoy the on site restaurant and all the activities!!

Peter and Brina's property is first rate. Very well stocked with all you will need. We rent homes all over the U.S./Europe and the attention to the renters' experience by these owners is fantastic. The communication with Brina was immediate and she answered every question we had. The neighbors were all so friendly, supplying us with all the fresh oranges, lemons, and grapefruit we could eat. Just a great propery.
