Where to start? There was mention of the train and then the population near the hotel as negatives. Well, neither of those bothered us. So, with that out of the way - we loved everything about our stay at your property.
The layout and size of the condo was perfect. Everything seemed to have been thought out to the smallest of details and the entire condo was designed with care. I cannot even choose a favorite room as I have too many compliments on all of them. I could gush over the smallest of those details for pages on end. The only (funny) thing was the remote - the living room and bedroom remotes had been accidentally switched and at first I could not figure out, why I was hearing something from the other room. :)))) But all joking aside - worth every penny and I hope to visit Nashville again (LOOOOVED it). If I do, I will be looking for the same condo for sure! Thank you for making it such a lovely place to stay!

We loved the property! The condo interior is so fun and the place was clean. The porch is huge but it does look out to train tracks. And there are a lot of trains that go by which will wake you up throughout the night. Some homeless people are outside (there is a shelter down the street) but the condos are in a very secure building. Employees were nice and accommodating. We would stay here again.

My recent stay in Nashville was a mixed experience. The property itself was impressively clean and exceptionally well equipped, especially in the kitchen — all the utensils and cookware needed for meal prep were available and in great condition . This made cooking and dining in both convenient and enjoyable.However, there were several challenges with the location. The most noticeable issue was the proximity of the train tracks; the trains run frequently and the tracks are literally about 30 feet from the back patio . This meant noise interruptions were common, particularly at night and early morning. Additionally, the immediate surroundings did not always feel safe, which affected the overall comfort during the stay . While walking to areas like the Gulch and downtown is technically possible, it’s not particularly easy or pleasant. The walk feels long and lacks a sense of safety and walkability, which was disappointing given Nashville’s reputation for vibrant urban life .Overall, the rental delivers well on cleanliness and amenities, but location and environment detract from a fully comfortable and convenient experience. If proximity to train activity and walkable nightlife is important, it’s worth considering these points before booking.
