About this house rental
Small quiet house of 70m2, spacious and bright with shaded terrace and private garden. 5 minutes from the beaches
Ideally located in the middle of the Algarve, it allows you to discover its riches on both sides easily.
You have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The living space is composed of a large fitted kitchen, with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee and espresso machine; a living room with TV that can be closed for the night with a convertible sofa offering a very comfortable bed for 2 people, and a convertible armchair that can accommodate 1 child (can also be placed in the bedroom); and a dining room opening onto the shaded terrace furnished with a small living room.
Finally a 120m2 garden gives you a private outdoor area with barbecue.
The house is located 5 minutes by car from the beaches, 10 minutes from amusement / water parks (ZooMarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash), 300m from the Fiesa sand sculpture festival.
Faro airport is 30 minutes by car.
Baby equipment available: bed, high chair, bathtub.
The house can therefore accommodate 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
Bed and bathroom linen provided.
Wifi internet since August 2017.

A lovely house that impresses at all levels.
The owner has provided everything that one could possibly want.
Fantastic outside space with covered area and barbecue.
Car parking.
To put icing on the cake, the property is within walking distance of a superb restaurant.
This certainly is a gem of a property.

The house is as beautiful as the pictures indicate and you will find every equipment you need for living. Check in and out was easy and the house is located very central in Algarve area. We travelled by car, but the beach is not that far away and can be reached by a 30 min walk or by taxi for around 10€. We would definitely choose it again!

The villa was a perfect home away from home for us. We are the kind of couple who enjoy visiting the area yet love to come home and cook/bbq in the evening. The villa is fitted with anything you can ask for, has a great feel to it and very quickly feels like home. It is roomy yet very cosy. The wood burner made the house very comfortable at this time of the year. Helene was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating! We would recommend renting a car, but driving around is easy.
