Renovated Beachfront Penthouse on Sapphire Beach with washing machine and dryer.

Highly recommend. Beach front, chairs provided by the property, visible security presence on resort property. Beachside reef, snorkeling was amazing. View of the beach and surrounding islands a must see. AC worked well, food and dinning next to resort. Close to ferry terminal for cars and passengers to visit St. Johns. Balcony views amazing every morning and evening. If getting a car rental. Jeep or Bronco. Lots of hills and winding roads. Great property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The property was spotless upon arrival and very well maintained throughout.It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and relaxing. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which we enjoyed every day. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

The view from this condo is absolutely amazing, and the location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s within easy walking distance of the beach, bar, and restaurant which made it very convenient.However, I never received any information before arrival on the unit number or the check in/arrival process. I messaged and got a response with all the condo and island information which would’ve been useful before arrival rather than while we were sitting at the gate scrambling at security.The condo was missing the very bare essentials such as a kitchen sponge, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, hand soap anywhere in the condo (they only provided small bar soap like a hotel), cooking spray or oil to cook, zero condiments (the fridge was completely empty), ice machine as advertised (we had to keep refreezing two plastic ice trays), body wash, a working coffee machine (we had to hold the coffee pot together by hand when brewing or it overflowed). Additionally, the beach chairs were worn out and falling apart and the bed sheets were rough, scratchy and slept very hot. There was also someone else’s dirty laundry in the bedroom behind a chair. Other members of our family rented two different penthouse units in the same complex that were significantly less expensive, yet both were much better stocked with household essentials and overall better equipped and much more updated and well taken care of. This unit needs some TLC.
