The house is set in mature well-maintained gardens with a large swimming pool, and is surrounded on three sides by terraces and lofty pines that provide shade over the BBQ area. The house has a covered terrace with a large table to enjoy the views of the garden and the fresh air that is appreciated on very hot days and another open terrace with another table for breakfast or dinner outdoors overlooking the mountains, the front terrace with a pergola to enjoy a reading, a drink, or relax.Near charming villages, Pollensa, Alcudia, with its beaches of fine sand and crystal clear water, just 20/30 minutes.
Enjoy a quiet stay between nature, the pool and the barbecue and whenever you want enjoy everything else that is very close.
