About this house rental
Enjoy central A/C, wifi, WD, BBQ in the fenced backyard. Kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender and many utensils (crock pot, coffee press and more in pantry). Located just a block from beautiful Southside Park with walking trail, brand new playground, a dog park, tennis, and lots of Pickleball Courts (we've got paddles for you). Cycle the Spanish Moss trail with the 5 bikes in the garage. Use the included Park Pass to visit beautiful Hunting Island state park beach.
Smart TVs in every bedroom, 65" in living room. Beach towels are provided as well as 5 bicycles and some beach chairs, a sun shade, CornHole boards, some games and puzzles for all ages. Our motto is no chores for the guests as we have a professional cleaning team.

"Had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. The location was great, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!"

This home met our expectations and beyond! All bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculately clean! The living and dining rooms were quaint and provided cozy feeling! The kitchen was equipped with all the right things! Bonus-my fur baby loved the backyard! There is a nearby park for kids and dogs, in walking distance from the property. We wish we could have made our stay longer!

This house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the attention to detail was something that made this stay top 3 ever (and I have rented many homes). Under ten minute car ride to Parris Island. There is a Keurig coffee machine, washer/dryer, extra garbage bags, a work desk with a printer! Every nightstand has USBs, plugs and a lamp. I even rode a bike to the park down the road. We played pickle ball (paddle and balls are in garage!). There was also corn hole and many board games. Oh- extra bath towels and beach towels in the closets. We hosted a family lunch for our new marine and it was so special - everyone loved the beachy vibe and artwork in the home. Each room had two luggage racks!! I can go on and on. Noelle was a pleasure to deal with.

The pictures in the listing are exactly what the place looks like. High quality furnishings, linens, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and lots of extras like the bikes and games. Highly recommend.
