Our cozy, comfortable & very private guest apartment is a 1 bedroom (with comfortable king mattress), 1 bath with a full kitchen, comfortable living room & dining area, private driveway, private patio & private entrance with security lighting. Located in a quite peaceful neighborhood. Our apartment can accommodate 2 adults & 1 small child (fold up full size sleeper mattress that fits on living room floor) This guest apartment is located in the lower walk out level of our home but is very private. The benefit you have with staying in our guest apartment is us as we are here to help you in anyway & want our guest to have the BEST possible stay as we so value your business. We provide ALOT in our guest apartment, it has everything you can possible need to live comfortably & is close to all area attractions. We're 2 MILES AWAY TO A 24 HOUR LAUNDROMAT, which is MIDLAND COIN LAUNDRY & it provides drop off laundry services. We're conveniently located 1 mile North of the beautiful town of Woodland Park, Co., in a quiet beautiful subdivision. Great WIFI & utilities included. Enjoy our walking/ biking trail that takes you to the town of Woodland Park, Shining Mtn. Golf Course or Manitou Lake. We are less than a 30 minute drive to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff dwellings, Cripple Creek, Co & all area Hospitals etc. We are 15 minutes away to hundreds of miles of ATV/4x4 riding trails. Whether you are here on vacation or need a temporary place to live, our place is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection of family friendly movies.
The owners were very pleasant and helpful, and provided a very private and quiet home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Inside was nice. Didnt realize it was a basement with people staying above. Could hear water running and people walking around. Wasnt quite expecting that. Inside was nice. Property was located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to alot of attractions.
