With a 32" Kohler sink and full sized dishwasher and refrigerator, our Cottage provides ample capability to host your family and friends for all types of occasions. Our cottage boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a luxurious escape to Chatham. This rental is located just 1.5 miles to Hardings beach and 1 mile from Ridgevale beach in Chatham and 2.5 miles to Chatham Village Center. Linens and bath towels included.

We had a fabulous weekend staying at the Cape Cottage! The house was clean, well stocked and incredibly cozy. The location was a quick drive or bike ride into downtown Chatham, the owners were accessible and we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Chatham getaway.
