"A very pleasant location, nice and quiet for a relaxing holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. A lovely garden which was great to sit out in after a hard day at the beach."

"Our holiday was fantastic! On arrival we were greeted with complimentary drinks by the owners who were very friendly and helpful in all respects. The children adored the swimming pool and the surrounding garden is beautiful. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable for nine or ten. The nearby beaches were spectacular especially L`Especier. Mimizan Plage has all the usual seaside attractions including an extensive market on Thursdays and a funfair for all the family. The paper mill smell was only noticeable first thing in the morning when most members of our group were not yet up! Nearby canoeing was great fun and highly recommended. We would definitely visit again!"

"This was a lovely place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the garden and pool area were very pleasant. The owner who lived upstairs was very friendly. The area around Mimizan plage had many cycle routes, and these were well marked and away from the roads and so were very good when cycling with small children. The cycle ride to the beach at Especier was particularly pleasant."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house and the local area is wonderful. The host was a lovely lady that answered any of our questions. The host even helped us with our appalling French! We would certainly come back.
