Area: Garden City is known for its wide beautiful beaches, fishing pier and restaurants. Garden City is located approximately 8 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach. Close by there are over 100 golf courses, miniature golf, water parks,flea market, dinner shows, shopping, and over 1800 restaurants to choose from. Also, you may enjoy fishing tours, boat tours, banana boat rides and the casino boat out of Little River.

This (single family dwelling) home has been professionally decorated, kitchen fully equipped,new stainless steel appliances, living area has two sofas, a love seat and a 50” flat screen TV. Each bedroom has its own TV and bathroom. After your day at the beach, lounge by the private pool and/or enjoy cooking on the grill. There are 3 covered porches for rocking in the rocking chairs or swinging on the porch swing and feeling that ocean breeze on your face. This house comes complete with 1 King, 3 queens, 1 full and 1 twin. This is a pier home with plenty of covered parking underneath for your vehicles, bikes, golf cart, etc. This home is approx. 1 mile North of the Garden City Pier and approx. .3 mile to the beach access / 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach!
I have 2 housekeepers come in and clean and disinfect my home before every stay. I have cleaning supplies at the home for your use: hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, antibacterial hand wash.

Had a great time. Easy public parking close by but can easily walk with a beach cart to the beach! Great house!
