October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.

It was an absolutely beautiful home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the 2 kitchens really came in handy. With the exception of electrical problems that prevented the pool being heated and no outside lights on the first level, everything was amazing. Adequate supplies were provided and more than adequate kitchen supplies. We will DEFINITELY revisit this property.

We have stayed at other rentals and Sand By Me far exceeded them all. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and the family rooms were perfect for gathering. There were fourteen of us. We were amazed at how well provisioned the house is, even beach towels and dog bowls were provided. Only one thing stood out. The part of the walk to the beach as you neared the beach needs hand rails as the elderly in our group had a bit of trouble navigating there. All in all it was a wonderful experience and our hosts were outstanding. Thank you

The house was perfect for our two families. Both levels had two kitchens and bedrooms so we were able to cook separate meals and get together for games and drinks. Right on the beach with a pool. We had wonderful time. Management responded immediately to our few concerns.
