Stay in this newly renovated home at the heart of the all the fun. Take a short walk down the long pier overlooking the NY skyline or step around the corner to the waterpark and speedway. With the free beach just a stone's throw from your door, fun in the sun is at your finger tips. Relax watching one of the two smart TV's or choose a board game to play together. Delight your tastebuds at one of the various restaurants all just minutes away. Finish your evening by the fire pit out out back.
This spacious four bedroom, one bathroom, home is the paradigm of comfort and class. You will find all that you need for the perfect getaway in this well stocked home. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite meal or snack. Do a load of laundry in the brand new washer/dryer. Kick back on the shaded patio. Enjoy the view of the Manhattan skyline and smell of the sea air, with the boardwalk just one minute from the home.
The free beach is three short blocks away. The quite street is ideal for walks, allowing easy access to all of the local attractions.
Unwind at the end of the day streaming your favorite show or movie on the smart TV's. The comfortable beds will leave you feeling rested and refreshed, ready for another fun-filled day.
This home has just been given a refresh to include all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Should you have any special requests we are always happy to bring over additional supplies!
There is street parking for 2 vehicles in front. Parking for 1 vehicle in a private drive just around the corner is free for guests staying 3+nights. Inquire for pricing and availability for shorter stays.
Please note, my home welcomes dogs. To ensure that your booking total includes the pet fee, ensure that pets are listed in your guest count at the time of booking.
Here is the Pet Policy for my home:
- Pets must be fully housebroken and potty only outside.
- Please clean up yard deposits and dispose of them in an outdoor trashcan.
- Pets must remain kenneled when left unattended.
- Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds.
- Dogs only.

Had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect and close to all the attractions. The home was clean and well-appointed, and the hosts were responsive and warm! Great time had by all, highly recommend ;)

The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family.
