In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Narrow motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 3.6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Les Diablotins" 2 km, railway station "Les Diablerets" 3.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 3 km, slopes 3 km.
