Camp Sandy is a gated, lakefront estate and is all about the experience. Many activities, on a beautiful and very private property.....100% 5-Star reviews. The 6800 square foot home sits on 4 acres of lake frontage on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas and sleeps 28. The property has 420 feet of water frontage that is flat to the lake so you can walk right in, this is not one of those properties that is up high on a cliff with just a lake view. The lake is very full. Lots of water in the cove at the house....kayak and fishing right off the property. See the pictures.
Desirable location, very private, close to town, has it all! Across the lake is a nature preserve. The property offers many activities and great fun:

The property is 2.2 miles from HEB grocery store, gas station, 7-11, restaurants, Walgreens, Target, Wells Fargo, etc….and it is the closest Lake Travis rental property to downtown
(just 22 minutes) and only 27 miles to Austin Bergstrom International Airport, making it the most desirable part of Lake Travis.

The upstairs has a massive open great room, living and dining area with a beautiful view of the lake and there is a spacious kitchen with island counter seating,. For bedrooms, there is a master, and 2 individual rooms with king beds.
Downstairs has a large game room, media room (Media room has 5 Full size beds and serves as 2 bedrooms), a bunk room with 3 bunk beds, a room with a king and murphy bed, a room with a full, a kitchen, and 3 bathrooms.
