Agence Cocoonr offers this small, well-equipped and comfortable 25 m² house for rent in Tracy-sur-mer, a neighbouring commune of Arromanches. It has a 4000 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and can accommodate up to 2 people. The house comprises a dining area and fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room. It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the pontoons of the artificial harbour of Arromanches dating from the Second World War. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with dining table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A 15 m² terrace to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Tracy-sur-Mer, 200 m from the beach and the centre of Arromanches, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Beach, Diving club, Mini golf, Hiking, Tennis, Horse riding, Sailing school
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the grounds of the house.
