The food is strictly Japanese style and very high-quality, the multicourse breakfast got a bit lengthy, without western breads, or offerings.

It was the first time to Konbu Onsen. Clean spacious room with outside jacuzzi. Service was great and the food was spectacular!

i was suppose to stay in this property however their onsen tank was damage and so i was given the option to choose another of their property’s. we chose the one at lake shikotsu. everything was lovely and zen

The room have outdoor hot spring , and dinner is good, breakfast need improve, like the marshmallow provide, and not very busy hotel.
not very clean. The location is not very convenient, hotel doesn’t provide lunch and near by don’t have any restaurant or store, shuttle bus only till about 12 pm in noon and 3 shuttle a day. And service attitude is just so so.
