About this apartment rental
This 1st floor direct bayfront condo rents any 3 nights and is located conveniently mid-town near the Route 90 bridge. Your family can enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful bayfront sunsets! The primary bedroom includes 1 king bed with an ensuite with a sunken whirlpool tub for maximum relaxation. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has a double and a queen bed for your guests to relax after playing hard all day! There is a short 2 block walk east to get your feet in our sandy beach. If the beach isn't what moves your heart, there is a rooftop pool for your enjoyment.
Guests must supply the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents any three nights.
This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Basically good. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. TV was tough to operate and basic cable could have been included. Every time we changed the channel, it said you need a subscription. Then it was tough to get back to something you could watch. Instructions for TV would have been helpful as well as a charging station for electronics.

Last year we stayed at the Scott Key Family Resort in OC.....planned on staying there again this year.....started doing some more research and found this property......WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID....property was nice and well maintained....plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed there.....location was good especially for bus stops to take us where we wanted to go...and when we didnt want to venture out....time was spent at the pool.....would consider again if we come to OC in the future

The property was even larger and spacious in person than I thought. Nice view and great location that’s near lots of restaurants and shops as well as 2 blocks away from the beach. Super clean. The only downside I could think of was paying extra for bed sheets and towels. Other than that amazing stay.
