Welcome to our serene 240-acre farmhouse estate, a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and tranquility, located just 25 minutes north of Syracuse in Parish, NY. This sprawling property offers an exceptional getaway experience for families, friends, and corporate retreats.
Spacious Farmhouse: Our 4,500 square foot home boasts 6 well-appointed bedrooms, 11 beds, 5 full bathrooms, and a lounge area
The space
Historic Elegance: Originally built in the late 1800s and part of the Underground Railroad, our farmhouse combines historical significance with contemporary comforts.
The luxurious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a soothing tub.
Spacious Accommodations: Along with the opulent master suite, there's an additional master bedroom with a private bathroom, and four more bedrooms three on the second level and the fourth on the first level, totaling six bedrooms and five full bathrooms.
Family Fun: Kids will adore the Lifetime playset featuring swing set that comes with a variety of features to keep children active and outdoors. It has a minimum age of 3 years, and includes a swing, slide, and fort. It also has a clubhouse, ship wheel, and binoculars.
Relaxation and Entertainment: Unwind in our high-end hot tub (Hotspring Aria model) in the gazebo, or gather around the cozy fire pit area or sit in the finished basement lounge area featuring a pool table, dart, and TV. This lounge area has its own full bathroom.
Enjoy our seasonal swimming pool (June-September) and expansive living areas equipped with TVs and fireplace.
Outdoor Adventures: The rolling pastures are perfect for mountain biking, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and more. Plus, enjoy walking trails by the Little Salmon Run River and our two picturesque ponds.
Business-Ready: Our large conference room area is perfect for meetings, equipped with a projector, projector screen, and a glass whiteboard.
Culinary Delight: The kitchen is a chef's dream with large countertops and an industrial-grade oven.

This is our second stay at Anas’ property. He’s a great host, who’s extremely responsive & accommodating. This house has everything that you need to create family memories. You’ll be sad to leave!

House actually looks better in person than in the pictures on the website (and that is usually the other way around). House and property were beautiful and house was equipped with everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Anas’s home was peaceful and relaxing. We had plenty of space to accommodate our group. Would definitely come back again, especially to explore more of the beautiful property!

We have a large family with a lot of kids and we get together every summer to create memories for them. I honestly have to say that Summer 2024 was our best trip yet!
The Farm was an absolutely beautiful and accommodating setting for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms and space, a kitchen large enough to handle multiple people prepping and cooking for meals, a laundry room that incredibly useful with so many kids. As extremely welcoming and comfortable as the house is, the outdoors is a dream come true for parents!
Our kids truly enjoyed fishing, riding bikes, building a fort on the swing-set, playing baseball in “Field 1” behind the barn and swam all day in
the pool.
The yard is a safe environment with direct sight lines to where our kids were from the patio but there are many little sitting areas for parents to be closer without being uncomfortable and intruding. Even the groomed trails were safe to take the kids for rides. This is the place to be if you want your kids off technology and outdoors in the sunshine, enjoying themselves and their cousins!
Our family was excited to arrive, sad to leave and can’t wait to go back to The Farms at Parish!
