Experience breathtaking ocean views and sunsets from this beautifully decorated, semi-oceanfront coastal home, just one lot back from the beach! Enjoy Direct Beach Access via a landscaped walkway. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a reverse floor plan, with an additional living room and full bath on the ground level. Sleeping arrangements include King • Queen • Queen • Queen (w/ Twin Trundle).
Location: Conveniently located near all Emerald Isle attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Top Level
This home features an inverse floorplan, with the main living area on the top floor – maximizing the stunning views. The open floor plan makes entertaining and connecting with family and friends easy.
Kitchen: Fully stocked, this modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Dining: Sit down for dinner at the dining table for 6 or grab a quick bite at the kitchen island (seats 4).
Living Area: With ample seating, there is plenty of room to get together and catch up. Lounge on the sofa, or sink into one of the chairs, and watch a movie together on the large flat screen TV. A sliding glass door leads you out onto the deck.

Outdoor Amenities: Step outside to a furnished patio (both covered and uncovered areas) with a gas grill. The beautifully landscaped yard is perfect for lawn games, and you can freshen up in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. From the patio, follow the stone walkway to the direct beach access.

Usually do reviews with pros and cons, but everything was perfect. Exactly as expected. Location was phenomenal. Loved the convenience of the bench & hose and outdoor shower to remove sand after playing at the beach. No bugs at all, very well maintained, good mattresses, comfortable furniture. Only con is that middle shower wasn't very good. That's all I've got, folks! Highly recommend.

The property location was very good, right across the street from the beach. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. I know they say each listing provides different supplies but instead of guessing it would be nice to see a list of paper good, cleaning products and seasonings.
