The property appearance was true to the photos. Property kitchen was well appointed. Appliances all worked well.
Main concern with the property was a bit of a musty smell. I expect the unit was sitting unused for a period of time in the offseason. The unit has three mini split heat pump units but they had to be turned up more than we expected to heat the unit, especially at floor level.
Adequate parking around the condo unit.
