Set on a gated hillside peninsula on 15 acres, with 2,000 feet of PRIVATE unobstructed lake bank, with a pool and a hot tub, this place is truly one of a kind! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Four bedrooms with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with queens, a kid's room with four bunkbeds, TV, and gaming area. Soaking tub with unlimited hot water. Across the street is a free public boat ramp. Twenty minutes from downtown Shreveport/Bossier City. Kayaks and paddles.
With a 2,500 square foot home, a large outdoor deck and pergola, gas grill, pool & hot tub, 15 acres fenced and gated, and on Caddo Lake, there's plenty of room for two or three families to get together!

Everything was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and surrounded on three sides by the lake. The house is beautiful too. Plenty of room to spread out or all hang out together. We had an unforgettable family getaway and would definitely return.

Beautiful place! loved kayaking, hanging out by the pool, watching sunsets! Highly recommend for a group just wanting to relax, celebrate and enjoy the outdoors!

Overall the house was beautiful and was spacious for our group. We had a bad storm our first night that made the spa have issues the next morning but Mr. Blue came right over and fixed it. The house was equipped with a generator that kicked in during the storm as well so we had a split second of power loss. The grill didn’t quite get warm enough to cook on we had to finish cooking on the stove. The fridge presented high temperature on our 2nd day and wouldn’t cool down after resetting the alarm. Mr. Blue again came right over looked at it and provided us a large cooler with ice to move our food to. Your stay includes a gallon of adult beverages from the liquor store down the street; make sure you plan ahead because the store closed early.
