All good. Group of old college buddies that get together every spring for fishing and fellowship. Usually 7-9 guys. All in our 60’s for most of us. The house was as expected and met our needs very well. This was our second trip to Caney Fork area and we will probably be booking again next year. Only “negative” would be various light fixtures in the house need bulbs. The one in the dining area only had one out of 3-4 that worked. A bit dim for dinner but that may have been a good thing! Will definitely be looking to book again next year. We had a great weekend!

Everything was perfect until the last day when the gate for entrance/exiting was broken. And no maintenance person could be found !! Dragging our luggage and groceries out of the area, up a steep incline is NOT fun!!! Poor, poor planning on the part of the HOA.

The property was beautiful, quiet. I didn't know there would be dead animals on the walls. Although I might have missed them when I looked at the pictures of the home. Cup in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. Neither the ice or the filtered water work. Since we were for a short time we decided not to call maintenance. House had a lot of ants, but ants can be invasive.
