The kitchen has been recently upgraded with stainless steel appliances, a beautiful backsplash tile, and granite countertops. It is equipped with new cookware, utensils, and more, providing everything necessary for preparing anything from a quick, intimate brunch to a multi course family meal.
The master bedroom features a King-size bed, and a private screened porch can be accessed directly from this room. The second bedroom also offers a King bed, while the third bedroom includes two Twin beds. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower. The private screened in porch, furnished with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan, overlooks the fairway, ensuring privacy through a natural area with diverse trees and shrubs. Access to the porch is available from both the family room and the master bedroom.
Additional amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi/cable, Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave and central HVAC.
