About this apartment rental
Beautiful front line 2 bedroom terrace bungalow with stunning sea views.
This very well and tastefully equipped holiday home is suitable for 4 people. From the garden and the large roof terrace you have beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. Two lovely beaches and some restaurants are located at only 200m. This lovely development also has a communal pool with sea views. Outside you can use the barbecue while sitting in the garden or on the patio in front of the kitchen.
Notes on accommodation:
The property is fully air-conditioned. Cleaning arrival day and then mid week. Communal pool. Walking distance to 2 beaches and several restaurants. Car recommended.
Outside:
The property has a lovely terrace garden area, equipped with a dining table and sun beds, There is also a canopy/shade that you can open to create more shaded area. The setting is really quite unique. The property has a very large roof terraces with seating area where you can also enjoy the unbelievable cliff top sea views. On the development you will find the communal swimming pool. Most of the times there is no one there.
You can enjoy some amazing walks along the coastline or take a stroll to one of the beach and the small fishermen's village of Benagil.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Maid service included twice a week (change over day, arrival and mid week), all towels and linen included.

We wish to inform that The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024.
The tax applies to guests staying at hotels, resorts, tourist apartments, rural tourism developments, campsites and local lodging (AL) establishments, including hostels.
The charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. Lagoa for medical treatment (including one other person), and guests who have been offered accommodation by a tourist or AL establishment.
Please note that an extra payment for the tourism tax will be added to your reservation after booking the property.

Spectacular views!
Excellent location with the coastal trails easily accessible right in front of the apartment.

The place everything we needed..it even had a king bed which is rare in Europe. Plenty of outdoor space to take in the view of the ocean. Peaceful and tucked away but close to many activities, shopping, and dining. Highly recommend. The only downside was that we had a.hard time finding it as the original coordinates took us to a boat tour company around the corner. However, there was someone readily available to drop us another pin.

The view and location were fantastic but the actual property needs significant investment. The towels, linens and beds were very very old. The outside deck has a fantastic view but part of the deck is rotten so the screws pop out when you step on the boards - serious safety hazard. The bathrooms don’t have ventilation so there is a musty smell if the doors and windows are not open. The kitchen has ample supplies for cooking. If you book this location, I would recommend renting a car or be prepared to walk lots of hills.
Great access to walking trails, great beaches and some restaurants but don’t bank on a luxurious accommodation.
