This large estate is 10 minutes from Ste Anne and St François. These two typical small towns in which you will find restaurants, bar, diving clubs, boat rental and departures for excursions to the islands.
Our air-conditioned studio has been renovated with an updated decoration. You will appreciate its beautiful sea view from its large 12m² terrace and its equipped kitchen. Its location on the 1st floor guarantees you the serenity of being able to leave objects on the terrace as well as a certain privacy, which is not guaranteed for accommodation on the first floor. Its proximity to the heart of the Village brings you all the advantages without the nuisance of overly festive evenings.
