PATAJ One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace 3 is a 3star Apartment. It is located in 20 minutes walking distance from town center and in 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 30 m2 and terrace is 4 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

Our host Milena was adorable, her house is superclean, the location was perfect for us, quiet, close to the beach Cuvi and for us it was also close to the city center by foot. We had a great time in Rovinj and would recommend the accomodation to others, definitely.

Nice place, nearest beach is 5-10 minutes, with beach bars and restaurants. Apartment is very comfy and clean, with all necessary equipment. Rovinj old town is about half an hour walk, but I'd recommend to walk next to the shore - that way, it is close to one hour. Milena is a really nice and helpful host.
