VILLA FJORD Two-Bedroom Apartment 4 it is located in Brajkovići - small village 10 km from Rovinj and 4 km from Lim Fjord Canal where is located the nearest beach.Interior size is 47 m2 and balcony is 8 m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gleich alles gezeigt. Haus und Grundstück sind gut gepflegt und auch der Pool war wunderbar erfrischend. Spaß hatten wir auch an der Tischtennisplatte und beim Grillen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge geeignet.
Einzig für die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs müssen wir einen kleinen Punkt abziehen da es, wie häufig in Ferienwohnungen nicht ganz sauber vom Vormieter hinterlassen wurde.
